I especially enjoy designing digital products at the structural level. By taking into account what the user needs and the underlying journey, I make use of wireframes to lay the relevant content and functionalities into working prototypes.

Admin Dashboard for a Food Delivery Service

Project Overview:

I was tasked with redesigning the admin dashboard of an existing food delivery service, which suffered from a poor user experience. The original approach had several critical usability issues, including a poorly structured information architecture, confusing navigation, a lack of clear labeling and unnecessarily complex workflows. These inefficiencies significantly impacted the speed and accuracy of order processing.

My Approach:
To address these challenges, I conducted a comprehensive UX audit, followed by multiple sessions of user interviews and business analysis. I worked closely with stakeholders, including administrators, restaurant partners, and delivery personnel, to understand their pain points and workflow requirements.

Key Improvements:

  • Optimized Information Architecture: Restructured the dashboard to present data logically and reduce cognitive load.

  • Simplified Navigation: Designed a more intuitive navigation system that allows users to access key features with minimal effort.

  • Enhanced Labeling & Clarity: Implemented clear and consistent labels to improve usability and reduce errors.

  • Streamlined Workflows: Redesigned order management processes to minimize unnecessary steps, enabling faster order fulfillment.

  • Improved Visual Hierarchy: Used a clean visual layout with prioritization of essential information, ensuring admins can quickly process orders and monitor real-time updates.

Impact:
The redesigned dashboard resulted in a significant increase in operational efficiency, reducing order processing time and user frustration. Admins were able to complete tasks more quickly, leading to improved service quality and overall business performance.

Placing Order for Medical Supplies

Project Overview:

I was tasked with designing an order placement flow for nurses purchasing medical supplies. The primary challenge was optimizing efficiency, as nurses have demanding schedules and need to complete this task quickly, with minimal effort. My focus was on streamlining the process, reducing friction, and ensuring an intuitive experience that allows users to place orders in the shortest time possible.

My approach:

To address this, I conducted user interviews to gain insights into nurses' needs and existing ordering practices. I then analyzed and refined the identified pain points, developed user personas based on key findings, which then helped with structuring the information into a clear architecture and with providing a user friendly flow.

Key features:

  • Optimized Information Architecture: Structured the data logically to minimize cognitive load and enhance usability.

  • Streamlined 3-Step Ordering Flow: Enabled quick access to saved data, seamless switching between barcode scanning and manual entry, reinstatement of previous orders, and a final review with the option to add comments before submission.

Impact:

The proposed solution improved operational efficiency and reduced order placement time. Nurses found the workflow easy to use and practical, allowing them to complete the task quickly and integrate it into their work routine.

Mobile E-Commerce Flow

Project Overview:

I was tasked with showcasing a classic mobile e-commerce flow.

My approach:

To illustrate this flow, I opted to mock-up a flower shop experience, featuring a structured product catalog with categories and subcategories.

Key features:

  • Sorting & Filtering:  Users can refine selections by price, color, flower type, and more.

  • Personal Accounts: Enables profile management with saved preferences, past orders etc.

  • Wishlist: Allows users to save favorite products for future purchases.

  • Order Review & Editing: Provides flexibility to modify orders before checkout.

  • Saved Addresses & Payment Methods: Supports multiple saved addresses and payment options for convenience.

  • Feedback & Confirmation: Ensures transparency with status updates throughout the purchasing process.
